Default PvE Adrenal Spike Sword W/Mo

Swordsmanship 13 (12+1)*
Tactics 11 (10+1)*
Strength 8 (6+1+1)*

*You can substitute for superior runes if you want to sacrifice the health.

Armor- Full 1.5k platemail (cuz i'm poor) but I'm sure any max armor is good.
Gladiator Armor is actually probably better because of energy bonuses.

Weapon- I tend to like to use Sskai's Sword because of the furious mod and the health bonus can help buffer the health penalty if you like sup. runes. Also, a zealous sword works well for combo 2 and 3.

Shield- Exalted Aegis (Tactics)

Skills-
Combination 1
1. Berserker Stance
2. Sever Artery
3. Gash
4. Galrath Slash (or equivalent)
5. Final Thrust
6. 100 Blades
7. Healing Signet
8. Resurrect/Purge Conditions*

Combination 2
1. Sever Artery
2. Gash
3. Galrath Slash
4. Final Thrust
5. Jaijenzhu Strike
6. Pure Strike
7. Healing Signet
8. Resurrect/Purge Conditions*

Combination 3
1. Sever Artery
2. Gash
3. Galrath Slash
4. Final Thrust
5. Savage Slash
6. Flourish
7. Healing Signet*
8. Resurrect/Purge Condition*

Usage-
Combination 1- This combo tends to work best when facing 2+ enemies. Start off with hundred blades followed by berserker stance to charge up adrenaline, and it helps if you are facing more than one enemy. Charge up you adrenaline until all of your adrenal skills are charged. Then hit use sever artery, gash, galrath slash, and final thrust right in a row (followed by 100 blades if you desire). After that, if opponent is still alive but low on health, use 100 blades until he is dead (shouldn't be long) to save adrenaline. After that just repeat the process except use berserker stance first and then when adrenal skills are halfway to about three quarters charged hit 100 blades.

Combonation 2- This combo tends to work best against single opponents. Since berserker stance's 20% adrenaline increase doesnt really help when making only single attacks, i tend to like to alternate between pure strike and jaijenzhu to get my adren rolling, and does a fair amount of damage and cant be blocked or evaded. Then i hit the typical 2,3,4, and 5 and 6 if its recharged. Rinse and repeat. Also, blood ritual will help if u dont have a zealous sword, energy mod, or glad armor.

Combination 3- This combo tends to work well against casters, but also works well for warriors and interrupting their siggy's. Just attack and charge up the adrenaline, unleashing the spike when ready. Use Savage Slash when they are casting powerful slower spells (or faster if u can time it), followed by flourish to recharge it. Try to have savage slash ready by the end of the spike to interrupt the healing and put them at a further deficit. Again, blood ritual will help if u dont have a zealous sword, energy mod, or glad armor.

Post your comments- i dont really play with builds because im broke and dont have the money to buy the skills, but this is what i came up with with what i had, and it works for me.

If you're using a sword, Dragon Slash should always been on your bar.

Take Flurry or Tiger Stance instead of Zerker Stance.

The point of Dragon Slash to allow you to keep chaining attacks due to the adrenalin return. It doesn't matter if your original target dies after one use of DS, because you can then turn around and hit the next guy with whatever attack skills that DS charged for you. The reason the DPS of Dragon Slash is so high is exactly because it holds you at 5a or higher constantly, provided it doesn't miss.

I have a sword build that is heavy with adrenaline skills. I'll put it up, so tell me what you guys think of it. I also use defense skills from tactics so...

Frenzy,Silverwing Slash,Sun and moon Slash, Riposte,Auspicious Parry,Deadly Riposte,Heal Sig,Res Sig.

Strength 10, Swordsmanship 16(12+3+1), Tactics 9

This is just a thought, so give input as you like, I can understand if someone doesn't agree with it. This is a build for non running all over the place, so no run skills.

When I use my ele side,I make appropriate adjustments and use shock, swapping frenzy or silverwing out.

Just wondering, why don't you run 16/10/10?

@Darkpower: if that's a PvE build, Frenzy is a bad idea. Drop Auspicious Parry and bring Dragon Slash. Drop the ripostes and take sever+gash or interrupts.

Blood Ritual cannot be used on the caster.

Also, the breakpoint for 5 adren from Dragon Slash is 14 in Sword.

I'm not sure if this was his intent or not, but it's possible to go from Auspicious Parry directly into a Riposte .. blocking two attacks and dealing amor ignoring damage. If there was some kind of guarantee I would get hit, I'd consider running it.. I think Dragonslash is better though. =\
